  • Gotham works with clients in the 24 states that offer full deregulation of electricity, assisting them in energy procurement, negotiating, and ultimately executing the most reliable and economic supply contracts. Our comprehensive deployment of strategy includes: conducting market research, energy profiling, legal review of contracts, running the RFP process, bid analysis, and presentation of financial implications of pricing options.

  • In the 19 states that offer full deregulation and the five states that offer "partial choice" for natural gas, Gotham helps clients take advantage of significant cost savings. Most local utility companies have little motivation or incentive to lower costs, but by participating in a competitive process, it’s expected that at least % per MMBTU savings are achievable.

  • Gotham works with customers who rely solely on fuel oil or are dependent on dual fuel plant operations, securing the most advantageous strategy for purchasing what may be the world's most volatile market. In the case of our dual fuel clients, we’ve been able to exploit profitable arbitrage opportunities with fuel switching. Our team is constantly monitoring the fuel oil market, identifying the best opportunities for our clients to help generate savings by switching from their primary fuel source to an alternate fuel.

  • Our competitive program allows us to purchase power from wind, municipal waste gas, hydroelectric, solar, and biomass sources at sharp market prices. Through the purchase of green energy, many of our clients are actively reducing their carbon footprint, achieving corporate and institutional sustainability goals in the process.

My experience with Gotham City Orthopedics in the Clifton and NYC offices has far exceeded my expectations. The staff, surgeon, doctors has delivered premium services on all levels! I broke my collarbone from the current rip tides in the ocean and contacted Dr. Sean Lager's office. Immediately, they took x-rays and recommended surgery. Dr. Lager and his team professionally repaired my collarbone and provided Physical Therapy with care, concern, and with the goal to achieve maximum mobility in my shoulder and collarbone area. I am so grateful for their diligent endless efforts in restoring me back to normalcy.

The caring stretches through all of their staff. They do a great job of keeping you well informed of appointment schedules, care schedules, and insurance coverage. They handled % of the insurance approval processes for all of my wife's care and surgical procedures. It has really made this whole process a lot easier for us to handle.

My son's pediatrician referred me to Gotham City Orthopedics after he said my son had a broken finger. They took care of my son and was really gentle with him. As a parent, the experience was probably worse for me then my son because he had a 'cool story' to tell his friends, but everyone at Gotham was great and I would definitely recommend them to kids of all ages!

I had a fantastic experience with Gotham City Orthopedics. I had seen another Orthopedist in Jersey City a few years ago and wasn't too happy, but everyone at Gotham was so nice and respectful. I felt as if when I walked into the office I had completely left Jersey City because it was such a different and professional atmosphere. Great experience with great people.

I sprained my back and was the first time I ever did so and was at a complete loss as to what to do. I had never been to a chiropractor and wasn't keen on getting my back cracked and realigned so a friend suggested Physical Therapy. I went to my first appointment at Gotham in Clifton and was extremely nervous and not knowing what to expect.

I went on a Saturday and didn't wait long and was greeted warmly by my Physical Therapist, Alfredo. He allowed me to thoroughly go through what happened to my back and where the pain was. As we went through therapy he talked and made me feel at ease. He went through step by step what he was doing and how it was going to help. After the session he took the time to show me a few exercises I could do at home to help stretch my back out. He was warm, knowledgeable and patient and had a skill of making me feel comfortable.

For my first session not only did I feel much better but I feel comfortable coming back for any other problems I may have.
