The designers spent great care in trying to keep the existing walls and basic layout of the building’s original floor plan at the turn of the century when it was built by the Governor of Tennessee — John I. Cox in 1905.
Imagine getting out of bed in the morning, putting on your running clothes and jogging three blocks to one of the largest workout facilities in upper East Tennessee. Or riding your bike on the six mile biking trail to beautiful Seel Creek Park. Of course you can’t help but to indulge yourself at one of the numerous downtown eating establishments.
Maybe you might want to take in one of the events at the Paramount or catch a play at Theater of Bristol. And don’t forget about the new ten million dollar Bristol Library… all within walking distance of your new loft — Six Lofts at Sixth — welcome home.
